Last night (5/16) the Top 8 on season 10 of The Voice performed knowing that tonight the Final Four will be revealed for the season finale.

That’s right, tonight it will not be just one artist being eliminated, it will be FOUR. Blake Shelton has three artists remaining in the competition on Team Blake in the Top 8. Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine each has two artists in the running and Pharrell Williams is down to a single artist remaining. That means that after tonight’s live results show any coach could be completely out of the competition and possibly two coaches could be just along for the ride for the finals next week.

Let’s take a look back at their performances from last night and then check out where they are in the iTunes voting at this point.

Adam Wakefield sang the song “I’m Sorry” by his coach Blake Shelton.

Alisan Porter performed the classic Eagles ballad “Desperado.”

Mary Sarah put her touch on the Randy Travis hit song “I Told You So.”

Hannah Huston performed the iconic Percy Sledge song “When A Man Loves A Woman.”

Bryan Bautista took on the song “Hurt” by his coach Christina Aguilera.

Laith Al-Saadi turned the Adele song “One And Only” into a soulful and bluesy song.

Shalyah Fearing belted out the song “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” by Jennifer Hudson from Dreamgirls.

Paxton Ingram took on the classic Meatloaf rock ballad “I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That).”

All of the artists seemed to take it to the next level for last night’s performances knowing that half of them will end their run on the show tonight. Every one of them should definitely keep pursuing their musical dreams regardless of what happens on the show for them.

However, let’s take a look at where they are ranking on the iTunes chart, which is just one of a handful of voting methods. I check the all-genre chart at 9:00 am central time which left another two hours before voting closes at 11 am central time. Here is where the artists were on that chart at that time.

#2 – Adam Wakefield “I’m Sorry” (Team Blake)
#3 – Alisan Porter “Desperado” (Team Xtina)
#5 – Mary Sarah “I Told You So” (Team Blake)
#6 – Hannah Huston “When A Man Loves A Woman” (Team Pharrell)
#7 – Bryan Bautista “Hurt” (Team Xtina)
#11 – Laith Al-Saadi “One And Only” (Team Adam)
#29 – Shalyah Fearing “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” (Team Adam)
#72 – Paxton Ingram “I’d Do Anything For Love…” (Team Blake)

I’m not sure if there will be a Twitter save at this stage to determine the last artist in the Final Four or not. We will just have to tune in for the Top 8 Live Results Show of The Voice Season 10 tonight at 7 pm central time (8 pm eastern time) tonight on NBC to find out and to see which four artists advance to the Final Four for the season finale next week.
