Tracie Andracke and Delvar Dopson a Bloomington garbage man join Justice & Faith to talk about Tracie’s three year old daughter Brooklyn and her excitement everytime Delvar comes for garbage day on Thursday.

Delvar loooked forward to meeting Brooklyn one day as everytime he drove by there was Brooklyn waving at him and he would honk his horn flick his lights on and off, give a big smile and wave back.
