IF you ever played hockey, I don’t need to tell you how rewarding it can be. The workout can be both rewarding and grueling on the body. The friendships we make can last a lifetime. This weekend the stadium series highlighted the rivalry between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Minnesota Wild/North Stars.

The story that caught everyone’s attention was of Mark Sertich who at the age of 94 is still playing hockey three to four times a week, handlebar mustache and all.
