Jason Aldean will be surprising breast cancer survivors while he is on his 2016 “We Were Here Tour” this year with a special VIP concert experience.
Jason has worked closely with and supported Susan G. Komen over the years. Last year at the end of his “2015 Burn It Down Tour” Jason was able to give the organization a check for $615,000 to use in its mission of supporting those diagnosed with breast cancer and the ultimate goal of finding a cure for the disease. The money came from a portion of ticket sales over his 2015 tour.
That support continues again this year including the contest for breast cancer survivors to get a special VIP Experience, Meet-&-Greet and tickets to select Jason Aldean “We Were Here Tour” dates. The recipients of this concert day of special treatment will be chosen through essay submissions at komen.org/Jason-Aldean.
Below is a video that Jason posted explaining what the contest is, what the survivors chosen for the VIP Experience get and why he helps out Susan G. Komen.
Jason was just here in Bloomington, IL at US Cellular Coliseum for the opening weekend of his 2016 “We Were Here Tour” January 16th and 17th. You can see some of our photos from the concert here.
