Florida Georgia Line‘s (FGL) song “Confession” is climbing the charts and the duo’s Tyler Hubbard has made his own confession … he is looking forward to “havin’ kids.”
When you think about the reigning ACM and CMA Vocal Duo of the year and their music, you likely think about parties and raisin’ a little, well … you know. However, FGL’s Brian Kelley has been married for just over two years now as he and Brittney Marie Cole exchanged vows December 16, 2013.
Tyler and his wife Hayley Stommel are still newlyweds having been married for less than a year as they exchanged their vows July 1, 2015. Tyler is already thinking about expanding his family though.
“I think both of us, for sure definitely, wanna have families down the road, you know, have kids and look forward to those days when life’s a little bit less crazy and we can settle down and enjoy a family,” Tyler shares about himself and his wife.
He says they both have good memories of their own families growing up, “We both grew up with great parents and great families, so definitely something that we wanna have for ourselves.”
So when can we expect to hear that Tyler and Hayley are expecting? “Not thinkin’ too far ahead,” Tyler says, adding, “but definitely one day lookin’ forward to havin’ kids.”
For right now, Tyler’s immediate plans are getting ready for Florida Georgia Line’s “Dig Your Roots 2016 Tour” which will hit 57 cities this year. He will also be watching and hoping FGL’s single “Confession” continues its climb up the charts as it is in the top 15 this week on the Billboard Country Airplay singles chart.
