Zac Brown is joining the list of country music stars in the booze business as he has introduced a signature line of wine.

Just off the top of my head, there is Toby Keith and his Wild Shot Mezcal. Kenny Chesney has his Blue Chair Bay Rum. Now, Zac Brown has Z. Alexander Brown Wine.

Zac has partnered with Delicato Family Vineyards and Napa Valley winemaker John Killebrew to offer the new portfolio of signature wines. The line launches with inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon and Proprietary Red Blend vintages, which are available now for national distribution for the price of $19.99 a bottle.

“Wine has always fascinated me because of its inherent connection to the land and the artistry necessary to craft a distinct and memorable experience,” Zac explains. “As a long-time wine enthusiast, the opportunity to partner with an expert like John has been a rewarding team effort, and I am excited to unveil the first of many vintages to come.”

The wine label features the word “Uncaged” which is also the title of one of the Zac Brown Band’s albums. The label also shows an owl taking flight which, according to the website for the wine, “The owl is a guardian of the vine, and myths say it is present when the spirit is set free.”

You can purchase the wine through the website zalexanderbrown.com. As you may know, Zac is also quite the chef and that website also features recipes to cook with the signature wine as well as an in-depth background on the vineyard.
