Earlier this year CMT announced that their annual fall tour would feature co-headliners Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett. The dates have now been revealed for the “CMT On Tour: Brett Eldredge & Thomas Rhett – Suits & Boots.”
The timing of the co-headlining tour for Illinois native Brett Eldredge and Georgia Native Thomas Rhett couldn’t be better. Both rising country music stars are set to release their sophomore albums in the upcoming weeks.
Brett’s new album Illinois is scheduled to drop Friday, September 11th. The album’s debut single “Lose My Mind” is the #7 song on the Billboard Country Radio Airplay chart this week.
Thomas Rhett’s new album Tangled Up is set for a Friday, September 25th release date. “Crash And Burn” is the debut single from the album and it has hit the #3 spot this week on the Billboard chart.
Season four winner of The Voice and CMT Next Women of Country honoree Danielle Bradbery will join the tour as a special guest to open the show.
Right now the closest the tour gets to us here in Central Illinois is the December 11th date at the Rosemont Theater in Chicago. However, the CMT website does say that “More dates and markets are expected to be announced.”
