Luke Bryan surprised a fan who donated a kidney to her mom for the show “Knock Knock Live.” The show was cancelled before the episode aired, but we have the story and video for you here.

Last year Lisa Hayes donated a kidney to her mother when she needed one. Her mom submitted the story to the new show hosted by Ryan Seacrest on FOX that premiered in July. Lisa was chosen by the show to get the surprise of a lifetime for her gift of a lifetime to her mother.

Luke came to her house, knocked on the door and gave Lisa a day she will never forget! However, before Luke and Lisa’s episode could air the TV network cancelled the show.

Lisa’s husband pieced a video of the day together showing Luke coming to their house, singing to Lisa on his tour bus, backstage at his stadium show in Cincinnati and on stage at the show as well.

Lisa posted the video you can watch above on YouTube. Included in the description of the video she says, “I have waited almost a month to tell the world of this unforgettable experience that I shared with my mom and sister!
