Jana Kramer and her husband Michael Caussin announced that they are expecting their first child!
Just last summer Jana was here in Bloomington-Normal with Tim McGraw for a concert. Michael was here with her as her fiance. What a difference a year can make!
Since that concert Jana and the NFL tight-end said “I Do” in May of this year and have been married for just over a couple of months now.
Earlier this month Jana posted the picture with Michael on a beach on Twitter with the message “I got the man” on her Twitter account. The message was a nod to her current single “I Got The Boy.”
Yesterday the couple announced exclusively through People.com that they are expecting their first child. “Being a mom will be the greatest job I’ll ever have,” she tells the magazine adding; “I feel like the luckiest girl alive to be on this journey with the love of my life.”
The pro-football player, soon to be father is equally excited; “I am so incredibly excited about becoming a father. For me it is just another dream come true and I cannot imagine tackling parenthood with anyone else but Jana,” Michael said.
Jana jumped on her Twitter account to thank her fans for the well wishes she and Michael were receiving after the news broke posting; “Thanks for all the love! @MCAUSSIN80 & I are SO excited!” She also asked for some help from her fans that have already experienced being pregnant; “Now my question for all the moms…when did your morning sickness go away?! #help!”
