Thomas Rhett‘s popularity keeps growing which will now be displayed on his wall with a gold single and double platinum single.
The Georgia native’s latest single “Crash And Burn” has already been certified gold by the RIAA for sales of more than 500,000 copies. Thomas says the rapid success of the single is hard for him to wrap his mind around; “It seriously blows my mind to think half a million people have already bought ‘Crash,’ Being out on the road with our fans all summer and getting to see them react to this song live has been incredible, and it’s making me even more excited to get new music in their hands.”
This song is the lead single from the singer-songwriter’s sophomore album Tangled Up. Thomas let fans choose the album cover, which is shown to the right. The album is set for a September 25th release date. You can watch the music video for “Crash And Burn” by Thomas Rhett below.
Thomas is also celebrating getting some more heavy metal in the form of double platinum certification for his single “It Goes Like This” for sales of more than two million copies.
