The Country Music Association (CMA) announced that November 4th will be the date for the live broadcast of the 49th Annual CMA Awards Show on ABC.

Balloting for the annual country music awards has begun with first round ballots being emailed to the more than 7,400 professional members of the CMA today. “Balloting season is an exciting time for CMA and our community as we look back over the past year, reflect on our successes as a format, and prepare for the biggest night in the industry,” said Sarah Trahern, CMA Chief Executive Officer in a press release at CMAWorld.com.

The final nominees in the 12 categories for CMA Awards will be revealed on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Wednesday, September 9th when Steven Tyler appears on the show to help announce the final nominees.

The winners in each category will be announced during the live broadcast from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena for “Country Music’s Biggest Night™,” the 49th Annual CMA Awards Show Wednesday, November 4th from 7:00-10:00 PM Central Time on the ABC Television Network.
