Dear Fur-moms and dads,

Meet Carlita. Carlita is looking for her forever home through Wish Bone Canine Rescue! She is an older dog, but don’t let that fool ya…she’s got enough energy to hang and play, but she also loves a good nap….and a tummy rub as you can see in the video below when she visited us at the radio station. I’ve been told she’s currently the favorite at the Wish Bone office, and she quickly became the favorite here at the Radio Bloomington building as you can see…

Isn’t she the greatest? She’s beautiful and still full of soo much love with lots of love to give if you give her the chance.

Carlita is a 9 or 10 year old female American Pit Bull Terrier, weighing 55 lb. She would be a really great companion for someone seeking a calm companion. Carlita doesn’t see well due to normal aging process, but she gets around just fine. She is housetrained and friendly with every person she meets. Carlita can be adopted to a family where she is the only dog. .

Her minimum adoption donation is of the adopter’s choice. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm and fecal checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
