Taylor Swift is notorious for bringing out surprise guests to sing with her on tour and at her show last Saturday (6/6) it was Little Big Town that surprised the fans.
Taylor began talking to the audience to set up the appearance of the reigning CMA and ACM Vocal Group of the Year saying: “Pittsburgh, I’ve been in the music industry for about 10 years, and one of the first bands I ever met was one of the nicest bands and one of the most talented, and they’ve always been the coolest people at any place I go, and they’ve been putting out some of the best music consistently for the last 10 years.”
She then all but revealed her surprise by saying; “I know you guys have a river around Pittsburgh, and I’m wondering if you ever go out on a pontoon boat?”
Taylor introduced Little Big Town to her audience as her band began playing the group’s #1 mega-hit “Pontoon.” The quartet became a quintet as Taylor joined them singing the hit song to a very excited audience.
