The St. Jude Minonk to Peoria Runners are hosting the 5th Annual Rockin’ n Runnin’ 5K and festival for the kids of St. Jude Saturday, June 6th.

The event will be held in downtown Minonk from 4pm to 12am.

There will be a 1/2 mile fun run for kids that kicks off at 4:30pm. The 5k run/walk will start at 5pm. To register for either of the runs click here.

There will plenty more to do to help the St. Jude Minonk to Peoria Runners reach their goal of raising $100,000 this year.

The “Chalk the Walks” contest with drawing from 3:30pm to 5pm. There is a $5 individual and $10 family entry fee with awards for the top three pics in the voting from 5pm to 7pm.

There will be chops, brats and dogs available from 4pm to 8pm and cold drinks including Bud products available from 3pm to 12am.

Live music will begin at 6pm with the band Gas Road Riot and continue into the evening with Jury’s Out taking over at 8pm.
