Last night (4/5) the top six on “The Voice” found out who made the top five and are moving on to the semi-finals on season eight of the hit NBC TV singing competition.
Carson Daly revealed the four artists that were voted into the semi-finals on “The Voice” through the first 40 minutes or so of the live results show. Between those announcements some “Voice Alumni” returned to the stage to perform their new singles. The returning artists included Jacquie Lee, Avery Wilson, Vicci Martinez and season seven winner Craig Wayne Boyd.
Finally it was revealed that both of Christina Aguilera’s artist were the bottom two in the voting. India Carney and Kimberly Nichole sang once again to convince the viewers to vote for them to remain and advance vie the Twitter Save. When the Twitter voting was complete it was revealed that it was India Carney that will move on to the semi-finals as part of the top five.
That means that four-time and reigning winning coach of “The Voice” Blake Shelton will move to the semi-finals with his Team Blake final artist Meghan Linsey.

Monday (5/11) the top five will perform with the hope of making it to the finals on “The Voice” with a chance of winning season eight.
