When Luke Bryan announced he was going to put an end to his Spring Break shows in Florida, I’ll admit I was a little bummed. I never got the chance to party with Luke on Spring Break, and was hoping next year I would get the chance to go!

In a new interview with TODAY on Monday, Luke Bryan said the reason why he made the decision was because he thinks he is too old.

“But somehow I was able have an excuse to be at Spring Break all through my thirties. It’s probably time to shut ‘er all down….I’ll be the weird old guy.”

He could NEVER be the weird old guy to me!
