Tyler Farr had to navigate some BS to get his latest single “A Guy Walks Into A Bar.” When I say BS I mean Blake Shelton.
It seems that Blake wanted to put the song on hold to record. However, Tyler already had the song on hold. That meant that Tyler had the right to record it first.
Tyler and Blake got a chance to talk about the song hold situation for the first time on Blake’s wife, Miranda Lambert’s airstream out on the road.
Blake asked Tyler to sing the song for him. I would guess that perhaps he wanted to make sure that Tyler did the song justice. What did Blake think of Tyler’s interpretation of the song?
Listen to the audio of Tyler Farr talking about “A Guy Walks Into A Bar” below to find out.
The song is doing well for Tyler as it has reached #25 on both the Billboard Country Radio Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts this week. The music video has more than 1.2 million views on YouTube.
Tyler will be on tour as part of Jason Aldean’s 2015 “Burn It Down Tour.” The tour stops in Peoria March 27th at the Civic Center. Get complete concert and ticket details HERE.
