Last fall Kenny Chesney announced that he would head back to the road in 2015. Today Kenny announced the dates and cities for his 2015 “The Big Revival Tour.”
The tour will hit almost two-dozen NFL-sized stadiums as well as amphitheaters that we carefully chosen by Kenny for the tour. “For all the time we had to create for The Big Revival Tour,” Kenny says, “I wanted to make sure the fans got to experience it. I love amphitheaters and all the fun … But, I want to give the fans the same impact with the show because The Big Revival Tour’s set up to be pretty special.”
The tour will kick off in Nashville on Kenny’s 47th birthday Thursday, March 26th. The tour will wrap with a two-night stay at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts August 28th and 29th.
The arena dates will include special guests Jake Owen and Chase Rice as openers. The stadium dates will feature a shifting line-up of country stars including Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Old Dominion and Brantley Gilbert.
The closest dates to us in the Bloomington-Normal area are May 6th at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, May 9th at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and June 6th at Soldier Field in Chicago. The complete list of dates for Kenny Chesney’s 2015 “The Big Revival Tour” is below.
After almost a year and a half off the road, Kenny says; “I’m so ready to get out there and make new music, to see the fans and hear them sing these songs back to us! I’m especially charged to hear the new songs, because, well, that’s part of why I recorded the ones that made the record.”
