B104 has again teamed up with the Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors (BNAR) and the American Red Cross of the Heartland to help give the gift of life this holiday Season.

During the Holiday Season many of us get very busy and forget to make time to donate blood, bed weather can cancel blood drivers and many other factors that leaves the local supplies low of life saving blood when needed. Once again B104, BNAR and the Red Cross of the Heartland will be asking you to roll up your sleeve to give to most precious gift you can give and it only costs you a little time during the Gift Of Life Blood Drive.

Come to the Chateau Hotel & Conference Center, 1601 Jumer Drive in Bloomington, between 11am and 5pm Tuesday, December 30th and donate life-saving blood. The drive will be set-up in the Boneparte Ballroom and everybody that donates will receive a free T-Shirt for their gift as well as tasty treats after their donation.

B104 will be broadcasting from the Gift of Life Blood Drive as well.

Donors of all blood types are needed on Dec. 30, particularly O negative, A negative and B negative. Donated blood may be used to help accident victims, surgery patients, organ transplant patients, and those receiving treatment for leukemia, cancer or sickle cell disease. There is no substitute for donated blood products.
