Last night Kelsea Ballerini performed at the famous Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and surprised fans who couldn’t get a spot inside with a special acoustic set out front.

Kelsea stepped outside to the delight of many fans trying to get a peak inside to perform an impromptu performance of “Dibs” and she even took some time to sign a few autographs.
