Luke Bryan always brightens my days, but for one family who has made it through some very tough times, Luke surprises them like no one else could!

Diane Taylor needed a miracle. She was in desperate need of a kidney because hers were shutting down. Her oldest daughter Lisa literally saved her mothers life by giving up one of her kidneys to save her mom. What a generous act of selflessness!

Lisa had originally submitted her story for “Knock Knock Live” a show that Luke Bryan was a part of, but unfortunately the show was cancelled before it could air.

That’s ok, Luke Bryan surprised the family and when Lisa opened the front door and saw Luke standing there she completely LOST IT! Tears and hugging (although I would have probably attacked him) the look on her face was priceless. Luke wanted to make sure his fans knew how amazing Lisa and her family are, so he shared the story on his facebook page yesterday.
